Bought a 2017 Civic from them in 2022 when I moved to Canada for a work assignment. 20 months later, as my work assignment is ending, I just sold it back to them. The car was in very good condition when I bought it from them , and I also maintained it well, so there was no problem while selling it back to them. They also made the documentation process very clear and easy to follow. My experience as a buyer and as a seller has left me very impressed with Clutch. This experience seems like a game changer. Car sales have never before been about full transparency by the dealership, never been about not having to haggle and hassle about the price and never really knowing what the true value of the vehicle you are getting could and should have been. But clutch is upfront about price (which was reasonable on most vehicles) , upfront about any blemishes (infact they actually mark them down and post photos along with the rest of the vehicle photos), they provide a carfax as well as their own in-hour inspection report which does not seem to be biased. Its all laid out infront of you for every vehicle you inspect (which was a big collection when i went shopping), initiating an order was also easy (a 100$ deposit) followed by rest of the steps in 2-3 days. They shipped the car to my city and the delivery team was excellent, courteous and very patient. Let me test drive thoroughly and once satisfied, they took time to explain all details in the sale agreement as well as took pics for me and my family with our new purchase. I have traditionally always bought from dealerships, but now this would be my preferred as well as recommended method that i would suggest everyone to try.
