About the team

Product & Design is Clutch’s creative engine, turning ideas into live products in days, not months. We build delightful customer experiences, run growth experiments, develop internal SaaS tools, and prep AI-ready data sets, challenging norms and shaping the future of car retail.

What you’ll do

  • Craft well-functioning, beautiful products that users love, and are eager to recommend
  • Continuously study users across Clutch’s products to identify opportunities for product-led growth
  • Launch experiments, measure the success of your designs and iterate on them
  • Optimize Clutch’s internal products that fuel various departments
  • Work directly with our design lead, marketers, and engineers

Minimum requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a product designer
  • Strong product sense (you think of a product as a whole, rather than a set of screens)
  • Experience with launching experiments and A/B testing
  • Passion for design and product-led growth

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience working at a startup, as an early employee or founder
  • Comfortable shipping fast to learn fast
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Learning mindset

You WILL NOT enjoy this role if

  • You are primarily a visual designer
  • You prefer firm processes over adaptive ones
  • You don’t like being scrappy
  • You don’t like small, agile teams

Why you’ll love it at Clutch

  • Autonomy & ownership -- create your own path, and own your work
  • Competitive compensation and equity incentives!
  • Generous time off program
  • Health & dental benefits

Clutch is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where all individuals have an opportunity to succeed. If you require accommodation at any stage of the interview process, please email talent@clutch.ca.

We look forward to hearing from you.
