Very pleased with my purchase!

PROS

Ride and Handling

The AWD was especially appreciated last winter.

Seat Comfort

It’s a little noisy, but otherwise I love how comfortable it is to sit in and operate.

Technology and Entertainment

One or two things it doesn’t have that I wish were there, but I love how it keeps me safe and informed. In fact, I think it may have kept me from rear-ending someone who stopped in front of me unexpectedly yesterday.

Value

I’m so pleased at what I got for the money! Almost like a new car!

Styling

I love this style of Seltos, and I get compliments on the colour quite often.

Reliability

So far, nothing requiring service.

CONS

Ride and Handling

The pickup is a bit sluggish, especially accelerating up a hill.

Seat Comfort

Road noise is high than I’d like, especially with snow tires on.

Technology and Entertainment

I wish the driver’s window had auto-up, and I wish I could close any open windows without having to put in “Run”. I really wish I could lock the doors from inside when getting out of the car.

Interior Space

Surprising lack of storage space! My old Rondo had more places to tuck things, like under the rear seat or in the center console. I used to get more in back, too, but I manage most of the time.

Fuel Economy

Not nearly as fuel efficient as I expected it to have, especially given the engine size and auto stop/start feature.

Love my first SUV experience

PROS

Ride and Handling

It’s a bit sluggish at the front end but not a deterrent. I have only had to invest in oil change at this point so no expensive repairs

Seat Comfort

The heat and cooling seats are amazing. I am short and the adjustments work great for me. I don’t notice any road noise even with the seats down in the back

Technology and Entertainment

Being able to “work” with the hands free and enjoying my own music. I don’t think I am taking advantage of all the options yet. Wifi would be convenient

Interior Space

Plenty of room for my needs especially when the trunk is open to the back seats. I actually car camp in it!

Value

Great value. I have everything I need at an affordable monthly payment and it looks great too

Fuel Economy

I had a Fiat prior to the Seltos so some extra gas that I attribute to weight more than efficiency. I am happy with the mileage and the ability to change the mode to accommodate the drive

Styling

I love the maroon interior makes it more stylish. The dashboard viewing is easy to read and operate as well

The safety features, especially rear collision. The ambiance lighting is a sweet touch.

Great price compared to off the lot at the dealership

Fuel Economy

This is the one downfall of the vehicle. It burns a lot more gas than I was use to with my previous car. It feels like I am always at the pumps, despite driving it in economy mode.

Styling

Love the sporty look. The heated seats and steering wheel are great and I love the sunroof.

Reliability

The reliability has been good so far. Nothing to complain about.

Kia Seltos LX AWD - An amazing value in today's very expensive world.

PROS

Has the same features as a many more expensive cars

Interior Space

Great amount of space for a compact style SUV.

Value

This is a great car for the amount of space and tech features that one gets for the price.

Fuel Economy

This car has a 2 litre engine and sips gas compared to bigger engines. Often the car reviewer companies will say that that a negative (or con)! feature of the Kia Seltos is the inability to accelerate from 0-60 quickly, but acceleration is more than adequate and the fuel efficiency is outstanding.

Brakes could be better, and the shocks aren't the best, just adequate.
