Sell or Trade Terms and Conditions

All Sell or Trade Offers (“Offer”) provided by Clutch Technologies Inc. (“Clutch”) are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• All Offers expire on the date provided in the offer or seven (7) days from the date the offer was sent to you.
• All Offers are subject to: (a) the accuracy of the information provided about the vehicle, its condition and history; (b) inspection by a representative of Clutch; (c) vehicles must not have any undisclosed liens or be pledged as security; (d) your legal right to sell the vehicle; and (e) vehicle mileage shall not exceed 2,500 kms of the mileage disclosed.
• Clutch may rescind or revise Offer at any time prior to the vehicle being sold to Clutch.
