2020 Subaru Outback

Love my Subaru Outback!

PROS

Ride and Handling
Handles great even in the bad weather.
Seat Comfort
Most comfortable car I have ever owned. I love the seats, plenty of leg room (I have long legs), and the heating feature is a bonus.
Interior Space
Great for the dogs, and the back seats fold down easily if I have to move anything large.
Styling
Looks nice and I feel proud driving around in it.
Reliability
Never an issue at the auto shop, everything just works.

CONS

Technology and Entertainment
Connection to the infotainment system is hit or miss. I have found if it's really cold it take a while to get connected and stay connected with my phone. When it works it's great.

Mississauga Used Subaru Outback Guide

Overview

Renowned for its all-wheel-drive capability and rugged design, the Subaru Outback stands out among midsize SUVs. Finding the right used Subaru Outback for sale in Mississauga can be challenging, but knowing what to look for makes the process easier. The Outback is a versatile and reliable choice for Mississauga drivers, offering a blend of performance, safety, and practicality. It is well-suited for the diverse driving conditions in Mississauga, from navigating the urban core to exploring nearby trails and countryside. The vehicle's spacious interior and advanced safety features make it a popular choice among families and outdoor enthusiasts alike.

In the local used car market, you will often find Subaru Outbacks in various trims, including the Premium and Limited editions, which offer a range of features from enhanced infotainment systems to premium interior materials. Compared to competitors like the Honda CR-V and Toyota RAV4, the Outback stands out with its superior off-road capability and unique boxer engine design, providing a smooth and stable ride. Its reputation for reliability and strong resale value further solidifies its appeal among Mississauga's drivers.

Key benefits

Considering a used Subaru Outback in Mississauga offers several advantages:

  • All-Wheel Drive Capability: Perfect for Mississauga's winter conditions, providing excellent traction and control on snowy and icy roads.
  • Spacious Interior: Offers ample cargo space and comfortable seating, ideal for family trips and outdoor adventures.
  • Safety Features: Equipped with advanced safety technologies, including EyeSight Driver Assist, enhancing driver confidence and security.
  • Reliability: Known for its durability and low maintenance costs, making it a dependable choice for long-term ownership.
  • Fuel Efficiency: Delivers competitive fuel economy for its class, reducing overall driving costs for commuters.

Potential trade-offs

While the Subaru Outback is a strong contender, there are some considerations for Mississauga buyers:

  • Performance on Urban Roads: While excellent off-road, the Outback's size may be less maneuverable in tight city spaces.
  • Base Engine Power: Some drivers may find the base engine underpowered for highway acceleration.
  • Technology in Older Models: Older Outbacks may lack the latest infotainment features found in newer vehicles.
  • Resale Value of Certain Trims: High demand for specific trims may lead to higher prices in the used market.
  • Ride Comfort: The suspension is tuned for off-road capability, which may result in a firmer ride on city streets.
